Office fit outs vary depending on the type of client and size of company. In most cases an office fit out starts with us carrying out a client site survey and meeting to discuss the client’s initial ideas, basic requirements and from this information we formulate a brief. We then use the brief and survey dimensions to produce some CAD layout plans of the office space and office fit out. Along with this we estimate how much the office fit out will cost our customer and then furnish the client with the total office fit out solution.

Once the Client has agreed the CAD drawings and costings we then progress the office fit out and Project Manage the entire project. This usually involves setting up the site, including all the CDM regulations, allocating resources including materials and operatives and procuring the whole office fit out until completion. Once the office fit out is complete we then produce O&M manuals if requested and organize a builder’s clean ready to hand the office fit out over. Once we have handed the office fit out over, we then organize the furniture and moving in if the Client requests this.
