On and off site, we are with them every step of the way. We recognise that a commercial refurbishment can sometimes be a massive step in a business’ growth or restructure and we want to maximise the value of that investment.
From the start, we make sure that we listen carefully to the client and fully assess their exact requirements, style preferences and practical needs. We note the size of the team and understand the unique needs of each individual. By immersing ourselves in our client’s situation, we can combine their vision with our expertise to produce an initial office interior design that works.
Before taking the design process any further, we produce a budget detailing the cost involved to complete the refurbishment. Our vast product and contracting knowledge allows us to commit to a fit-out cost at this stage, which gives our clients total transparency before proceeding.
Once the budget is agreed, we start the project by handling any LPA requirements and submissions. After that, it’s all systems go. We take full responsibility for the fit-out, including project management, office relocation if required, construction works, furniture, installations and all other elements of the refurbishment.
Using our proven methods of monitoring and programming, we take control over every aspect of the project. We carry out rigorous health and safety processes utilising the CDM regulations, maintain full site documentation and provide detailed critical cost planning.
We understand from experience that moving into your new workspace can sometimes be extremely stressful – especially after being involved with the challenging design and construction phase. That’s why we try to ensure the minimum amount of disruption throughout the process.
One of the ways that we can help is by providing a detailed programme of your office relocation. This includes a furniture schedule, electrical and IT plan, details of crate hire and every aspect of the logistical move.
We can also handle all your personal items, organising special crates, labelling them, and carefully loading and unpacking them. We do everything we can to ensure a seamless transition from one premises to another.
On-site Facilities Management
Once a client has moved in and settled into their new working environment, we make managing their workspace as stress free as possible.
We understand what is required when it comes to property management. As well as ensuring that your building is always kept clean and in optimum working order, we make certain that it satisfies health and safety and fire regulations. We can also carry out workplace risk assessments to verify that you and your building are compliant.
An office move can sometimes result in surplus furniture. We offer storage for all our clients, during and after an office reconfiguration, at our state-of-the-art warehouse in West Sussex. The facility is lit and heated and offers clients good access throughout the working week.
We also provide a drop-off and collection service of furniture items as clients settle into their new workspace.
